Open a Support Ticket in FootPrints

On this page the ITS Service Management and Operations team collects the information needed to open a ticket in our CSULB Numara FootPrints installation.

Currently, only known Campus Technicians and Technical Coordinators can open a ticket using this form. All others must call a campus support line.

All fields are required, unless otherwise noted.
