Prerequisites:
PeopleSoft Student Administration System Security Authorization and Student Administration Confidentiality/Security Agreement forms must be on file in Enrollment Services.
Must demonstrate competency in web navigation.

Course Information:
This course is for Advisors and Staff who have approved security to frequently access student information vital to assessment and advisement. Attendees will be introduced to the Advisor Center component.
Particular focus will be on the Academic Requirements report, Advisor Notes, What-If Reports, Timely Graduation Summary, Unofficial Transcripts, and Course History.
This course will also cover the entering of Advisor Requests.

Course Description:
This course is designed to introduce the advising community to tools that support the advising needs of the colleges and departments.
