Prerequisites: PeopleSoft Student Administration System Security Authorization and Student Administration Confidentiality/Security Agreement forms must be on file in Enrollment Services. Course Information: This course is for Advisors and Department Administration who have approved security to frequently access student information vital to assessment and advisement. Attendees will be introduced to the Advisor Center component. Particular focus will be on the Academic Requirement report, Advisor Notes, What-If Reports, Timely Graduation Summary, Unofficial Transcripts, and Course History. This course will also cover the entering of Advisor Requests, and an introduction to CS Link Reports. Course Description: This course is designed to introduce the advising community to tools that support the advising needs of the colleges and departments.
