Prerequisite: Attendance is by invitation only.
This course is the first of two customer service trainings targeted to Financial Management staff and students who provide in-person customer service to the Campus Community.
Part 1: Great First Impressions will focus on the following components:
- An overview of the FM Customer Service vision
- Identifying and discussing customer service influences
- Highlighting the challenges to exception customer service
- Focusing on inclusivity
