DUO TWO-STEP VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED. BRING YOUR TOKEN OR MOBILE DEVICE TO TRAINING. This course is required for all Business Unit End Users that have fiscal management responsibilities. Attendees will gain a fundamental understanding of the Chartfields, Speedcharts and Approvals processes. This class provides: ·An introduction to CSULB business units, ledgers and funds ·Definitions of the chartfield values that form the Chart of Accounts ·An explanation for the use of speedcharts with campus chargeback providers ·An understanding of Signature Authority & Delegation of Authority (DOA) ·The process for inquiring on Delegation of Authority (DOA)
