(By invitation only) This workshop provides an Overview of Road to Success and is a comprehensive Insights Discovery workshop. Insights Discovery is a tool CSULB is using to give everyone a little more “insight” into themselves, foster communication, and help employees more effectively adapt and connect with each other. It assists with self-understanding, personal effectiveness, and helps individuals focus on the challenges they face at work – especially helping each person learn how others tick and how they can work more effectively together. Some of the key aspects covered include perception and perspective.
