Prerequisite: BY INVITATION ONLY. This is a cohort model requiring submission by your ASM and Appropriate Administrator. Participants gain a general understanding of the CSU classification processes (including position descriptions, classification reviews, and desk audits) and compensation (including General Salary Increase, Reclassification / In-Class Progression, In-Range Progression, and Reassignments). (Bargaining Unit Leads, by invitation only)
