(Bargaining Unit Leads, by invitation only) In this workshop, participants will gain a general understanding of the CSU classification processes (including position descriptions, classification reviews, and desk audits), compensation (including General Salary Increase, Reclassification / In-Class Progression, In-Range Progression, and Reassignments), and recruitment processes (including best practices for interviewing candidates).
